Hi! I’m Janelle Newman,
parent coach, advocate, educator, and founder of Newman’s EduCoaching Solutions.
With over 15 years as a special educator and intervention specialist, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering children, parents, and educators with tools and strategies for success. During my time in education, I developed a deep understanding of neurodiversity, supported students with diverse needs, collaborated with families, and guided educators to create inclusive, thriving learning environments.
As a certified parenting coach, I provide a compassionate and science-backed approach to helping families manage their children's behaviors, reduce overwhelm, break unhealthy cycles, and build effective communication skills. By fostering connection and empowering families, I help parents create environments where both they and their children can thrive.
Furthermore, the challenges of the pandemic deepened my understanding of how stress and overwhelm impact families and educators. During this time, I discovered mindfulness and resilience-building practices that became essential tools for navigating uncertainty and fostering well-being. I now integrate these practices into my coaching, offering families and educators the knowledge, strategies, and emotional support they need to confidently address challenges and build meaningful connections.
My mission is to empower families and educators to navigate children’s unique needs, cultivate balance, and develop the skills to increase calm and create nurturing spaces where children can grow into confident, compassionate, thriving individuals.
